Driving to Lubbock : Centrally located between Dallas, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, Interstate 27 connects the city of Lubbock with two east-west interstate systems, I-20 and I-40. Parking on Campus: If you are driving to the conference and arriving on Friday, a parking permit is required to legally park before 5:30pm, so be sure to request a permit on the registration form. After 5:30pm and throughout the weekend, you can park anywhere on campus without any problems.
