Download the conference poster RegistrationTo ease the planning we request that all participants fill out the registration form before 11 February 2014. Early registrants have priority for support. Travel and AccommodationThe conference will take place in the Blocker building on the Texas A&M Campus; here is an interactive campus map . The talks will be in Blocker 166 and the poster sessions in Blocker 148. The Northside Garage is located directly accross from the Blocker building and has space for visitor parking. Here are directions to the Northside Garage and information about the visitor parking rates Rooms have been blocked at the Vineyard Court Hotel and the Hampton Inn . Both hotels are walking distance from the Blocker bulding. Please register to book a room at the conference rate. The party will be hosted by professors Sarah Witherspoon and Frank Sottile. Directions to their home will be in your participant's package. The College Station airport (CLL) has flights to/from Houston and Dallas. Houston has two airports, IAH (Bush Intercontinental) and HOU (Hobby airport). GroundShuttleq offers a shuttle service between these airports and the College Station hotels. Transportation with GroundShuttle must be reserved in advance, as they have limited space.
