Accommodations

 The workshop will provide lodging for participants for July 9th, 10th and 11th in the campus dormitory of Gordon Hall which has easy access to the Mathematics Department, University Library, and other campus facilities.

The university will provide daily housekeeping services in all public areas of the dorm.  The workshop will provide bed and bath linens for a 3 nights stay.

The check in time on July 9 is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

The check out time is July 12 by 11:30 am

Each room is nonsmoking and guests are prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol.

Each guest will receive a room key.  Failure to return keys will result in a charge of $50.00 per day to replace the lock.  Keys reported as lost will result in a charge of $50.00 to $300.00 before a new key is issued.
