"Accessing the National-Scale Scientific Computing Infrastructure"
I will explain methods for applying for, getting and using access to Teragrid,
Open Science Grid, and related high-performance computing resources, local HPCC
involvement in these projects, and how to use your funded grant proposal,
especially with NSF or NIH, as leverage to speed up access to such resources.
I will also explain local, state-wide and regional shared computing projects,
and describe methods to incorporate our involvement in these projects to
provide needed outreach and educational components to ongoing research
projects, both for current and future funding purposes.
