This conference has a very full schedule over three full days, Thursday March 20 through Saturday March 22, 2003. There are one-hour plenary talks and invited 45 minute talks by a number of researchers in a variety of areas. There are also parallel special sessions and opportunities for contributed talks, as well as a conference reception and time for social activities.
